Sullivan Skin Haus Refund Policy

All purchases made in-store or online through Sullivan Skin Haus are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Sullivan Skin Haus is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is missing but shows as delivered, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

We are also not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, including missing or incorrect apartment or unit numbers. Orders cannot be re-shipped to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
